How good of an idea is this? Vera Wang has created bras that have adjustable cups that are attached to the straps with pretty ruching. This allows you to change the cup size by pulling the sides up or down, higher for more modest outfits, lower for more revealing tops and dresses. A woman who has pulled at her blouse over and over as her bra insisted on peeking out must have come up with this ingenious design!
