Lighten Up! Makeup for Spring

Here’s the deal: You need to experiment with colored eye shadow. O.K.? I said it, and I feel better about things. The saturation of pigments and the level that they can pulverize the color components in eye shadow is way higher than the last time you tried blue eye shadow (I won’t say when). If you’re still a little uneasy, then take it slow. Start by doing a relatively thin line of bright color close to the top lashes then following up with a tight black kohl (or gel) line.
